Workshop Terms and Conditions

Registration and Payment

Attendance and Participation

• Workshop sessions are conducted live via video conferencing platforms

• Active participation and camera use are encouraged but not mandatory

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Cancellation more than 14 days before workshop start
• 50% Refund: Cancellation 7-14 days before workshop start
• No Refund: Cancellation less than 7 days before workshop start
• Workshop Cancellation: Full refund if we cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrollment
• Technical Issues: Makeup sessions or partial refunds for platform failures

Digital Archive and Downloads

Access Terms

• Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase
• Access links are valid for 30 days from purchase date
• Materials may be downloaded multiple times within the access period
• Lost download links can be recovered through your account or by contacting support
